A 25% deposit will normally be required to confirm the booking for catering and final numbers/menu choices confirmed at least seven days in advance.
There is a minimum charge for evening or Sunday catering of £500.00.
For evening dinners the standard prices are for buffet style assisted service; for full waiter service there is a supplement of £5.00 per person.
The cafe closes at 5.00 p.m. so the cafe space is never available before that time. Bookings for drinks/nibbles can usually be accepted from 6.00 p.m. for dinner from 7.00 p.m. (to give time to prepare the space). At the end of the evening, alcohol cannot be sold after 11.00 p.m., music must end no later than 11.15 p.m. and customers must vacate the building by mid-night.
The same cafe furniture is used for daily cafe service and for private parties and tables re-arranged to suit the occasion. If you wish to have tablecloths, they will be hired at a cost £1.00 per guest.
The cafe can provide their own house wines or is happy for you to provide your own wines and for that there will be a corkage charge of £6.75 per bottle.
